ARMED RAIDERS: Popeye Chicken Restaurant Robbed At Gunpoint

This is the moment two armed men attack staff at the Popeye’s Chicken restaurant and force them to open up the cash tills in order to steal the money.

Memphis police officer says the video footage shows the robbery that took place at the restaurant on Frayser Boulevard mid-morning when the two men went into the business and attacked staff.

One man is thrown to the floor as suspects then grabbed another employee and dragged them across the floor, forcing the staff to open up the tills at gunpoint.

Once they had obtained the money, they fled on foot.

The first suspect is described by police as 5 foot 8 inches tall, average build, medium to dark complexion, black ski mask covering his face, black hoodie, black pants, carrying a camouflage jacket, armed with a black handgun.

The second suspect is described as 6 foot 2 inches, heavy build, medium to dark complexion, black ski mask, dark grey long-sleeve shirt, dark pants, with grey gloves covering his hands.

No arrests have been made and police confirmed it was an ongoing investigation.
