This is the moment a gang of thieves uses two white cars to block in an elderly woman driver on the road before stealing her Ford Fiesta.

The alleged robbery, which took place in less than a minute, occurred on Ocampo Street in Lanus Oeste located in the eastern Argentine province of Buenos Aires at 11.17pm.

In the footage, two white cars are seen other side of the burgundy-coloured Ford Fiesta while at least five masked men rummage inside the victim’s vehicle.

The poor elderly woman is forced out of the driver’s seat and she attempts to get something out of the boot, reportedly her handbag, but one of the suspects slams it shut and an accomplice pulls away in her car.

The gang then drive off in all three vehicles, leaving the stunned elderly woman alone on the street.

According to reports, the white car in front of the victim suddenly stopped in the road with its hazard lights on.

The elderly victim did not suspect anything was amiss until the other car stopped behind her and five men jumped out.

Reports said that they pulled a gun out on the frightened victim.

According to local media, the stolen car was found several blocks away shortly afterwards.

It is unclear if the victim’s vehicle had been used in another crime before being abandoned.

Meanwhile, the local authorities have confirmed they are investigating the incident and are trying to identify the gang involved.
