ALL GUN WRONG: Suspect Shot Dead After Threatening To Pull Pistol On Cop

This is the dramatic moment a suspected robber threatens to pull a gun on a cop and is shot dead on the spot by police officers.

The suspect – named as Alejandro Vitela, 29 – was wanted in connection with a series of robberies in San Antonio, Texas state, USA.

But as officers stopped him in the street, he refused to give them his name.

Then as they tried to arrest him, police bodycam footage shows Vitela threatening: “I got a gun. I will shoot you, I will shoot you.”

As he wrestles with one officer Vitela can be seen reaching under his T-shirt, as if trying to draw a gun concealed in the waistband of his shorts.

Suddenly, three shots ring out and the suspect – hit at point-blank range – groans and falls to the pavement.

The incident took place on September 18th, but the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) released the body-worn footage on 12th October.
