This is the moment crew members of the Spanish airline Air Europa take part in a funny music video to send out some positivity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Air Europa staff in the Spanish regions of Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Majorca and the Canary Islands took part in the music clip.

The footage shows members of the cabin crew singing and dancing to the song ‘Volar’ (‘To Fly’) by Spanish singer Macaco to send a positive message during the virus outbreak.

The clip was edited by Air Europa flight attendant Antonio Torres who is based in Madrid.

Torres told Newsflash: “We have an exclusive workers’ group on Facebook. Many of us do not know each other as we are based in different cities. One of the group administrators Yessica suggested making a video and everybody joined in.

“Yessica asked if someone knew how to edit a video and I just threw myself into it. I saw other videos from staff of other airlines, but I wanted to make something different, dynamic, and convey positive energy, even for those who do not know us.”

According to Torres, he spent around six hours editing the clips sent to him by colleagues and putting them to the music.

Torres said: “My colleagues’ reaction has been incredible. I have received so many messages of thanks on my phone, Facebook, Instagram. This was a present to all my workmates.”
