These snaps show Chilean actress Luisa Mayol apparently showing off her lady parts on the red carpet after the split in her dress ventured higher than she realised.
The wardrobe malfunction took place at the plush Goya Awards in the city of Malaga in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia while 38-year-old Mayol was on the red carpet with her husband who was up for the best actor gong.
According to local media, the Chilean actress was wearing an Adolfo Dominguez elegant grey dress with a long split to the film awards.
While posing with her husband, best actor nominee Luis Tosar, the dress apparently opened more than she expected and her genitals seemed to be exposed.
Reports said the actress straightened her dress quickly, but cameras had already picked up on the mishap.
Images of the wardrobe malfunction have been widely shared on social media and netizens had a lot to say about the incident with ‘Sylop77’ commenting: “A risky opening that was totally needless, she could have at least worn undies.”
‘MasMejorAmiga’ said: “Call me traditional, but having your genitals shaved looks like a prostitute. You should have kept it long and well groomed.”
