50 SHADES OF PAY: Kinky Surgeon Who Killed Lover With Cocaine On Manhood Ordered To Pay Damages

A surgeon who was jailed for killing his blonde lover by putting cocaine on his manhood has been ordered to pay GBP 11,500 in damages.

Struck off Andreas David Niederbichler, 46 – dubbed “Dr Coke-Penis” in German media – was jailed for nine years in 2018 after the woman died after performing oral sex on him.

During the trial, he had been likened to the kinky 50 Shades character Christian Grey.

The victim Yvonne M. (Newsflash).

The medic had claimed she had known he had put a line of cocaine on his manhood.

But a court rejected his claim that his victim – only identified as Yvonne M., 38 – knew what he had done.

She died after suffering shortness of breath and collapsing following the sex session.

Now a court in Magdeburg, Germany, has ruled that Niederbichler must pay EUR 13,280 (GBP 11,500) to medical insurers IKK Gesund Plus who paid for hairdresser Yvonne’s treatment before she died.

Niederbichler’s lawyers had previously refused to pay up in an earlier case claiming that Yvonne had taken the cocaine voluntarily.

He had been ordered to pay GBP 25,000 compensation to her husband and son.

But now the civil court found him responsible for her death and ordered him to pay the claim from medical insurers.

Earlier hearings had shown how Niederbichler had pulled similar stunts before with three other women.

Prosecutors also said he secretly put cocaine in glasses of champagne, their lipstick and their toothpaste.

Before that, he was head physician for Plastic, Aesthetic and Hand Surgery at the Dessau Municipal Hospital.
