This is the dramatic first-person footage of Russian firefighters battling a devastating warehouse blaze.
The incident was filmed in the city of Tyumen in the south-central Russian region of Tyumen Oblast and the footage was later widely shared on social media.
According to local media, firefighter Evgheny Polunin shot the footage of his colleagues extinguishing the warehouse fire on Kamchatskaya Street and the video was posted by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation on 14th April.
In the first-person footage, firefighters in protective gear are seen entering the dark warehouse with hoses. They then tackle the blaze and inspect the warehouse damage afterwards.
According to local media, smoke from the fire could be seen from different parts of the city after it broke out in a former woodwork warehouse where several companies operate various workshops.
Reports did not mention if anyone was injured in the blaze. It is also unclear what started the fire.
A Ministry of Emergency Situations spokesperson said: “The best trained and experienced are always on the frontlines when it comes to fighting fires.
“A lot, if not everything, depends on them.”
