This video viewed over two million times online shows an overconfident biker in China seemingly performing yoga while driving with only one hand and his legs crossed shortly before slamming his motorcycle into a wall.

The clip going viral online was captured by a passing driver in the township of Changtanhe in Zhangjiajie City in Central China’s Hunan Province.

In the footage from 15th February, the video author speaking in local dialect can be heard repeatedly calling the biker ‘gaoshou’, which translates to ‘master’, ‘professional’ or ‘expert’.

The rider, later identifed by his surname Zhou, 47, can be seen crossing one leg over the other while driving down the road. He is also seen to be holding the handlebars with only one arm in some of the shots.

However, just as he speeds away, he appears to lose control during a left bend and crashes painfully into the stone wall in an embarrassing incident caught fully on camera.

The video then shows the ‘expert’ lying on a stretcher surrounded by witnesses and police.

He does not say a word as the video author appears to grill him over his stunt and self-inflicted injury.

Authorities say Zhou was going at least 60 kph (37 mph) on the bike before the crash.

He broke his right arm and left femur but is not in any life-threatening condition.

He will be charged with dangerous driving.
