This is the moment a shameless woman driver brings traffic on a busy road to a standstill after leaving her car unattended to buy sushi.

The dashcam footage, which has been viewed over a million times shows the woman making a right turn into the narrow street and parking across from the sushi restaurant.

She turns on her hazard lights and casually climbs out the driver’s seat, fetching her handbag before crossing the street into the restaurant.

Several drivers behind her who are trying to turn into the street are left stuck at the crossroads and waiting for the woman as she buys her food.

More than a minute after leaving, she climbs back into her car before driving off, finally allowing the queue of cars to turn into the street once she is done.

The clip was filmed at the junction of Daxing West Road and Tong’an Street in Taiwan’s northern city of Taoyuan.

According to reports, she is likely to be fined up to 2,400 TWD (60 GBP) for the stunt.

The owner of the dashcam cannot help laughing as he watches the brazen woman buy her sushi and return to her car nearly a minute and a half later.
