This is the moment 52-year-old millionaire playboy Gianluca Vacchi shows off his nifty footwork on a fast-moving treadmill at his plush home in Italy.

The silver fox accompanied the video with the message: “Today cardio and coordination training with altitude mask… How often do you train cardio?”

In the footage, Vacchi is seen performing a number of nifty steps on the fast-moving treadmill before jogging with the altitude mask on.

The eccentric tycoon also recently posted a viral clip of him cycling into his swimming pool in a business suit.

In the footage, Vacchi is seen cycling to the camera in a suit before saying: “Most of us are scared of diving into the unknown of uncertainty, of what is not familiar, because we do not know exactly what is going to happen then.

“But sometimes throwing yourself into the unknown can be very rewarding and can make you feel very free. Just do it!”

He then cycles down a ramp and into an indoor swimming pool on his plush estate in the northern Italian city of Bologna before climbing out dripping wet and laughing.

The 52-year-old comes from the rich Bologna-based Vacchi family and his father owned the multinational Industria Maccine Automatiche, which he used to be a board member of.

In the early 2000s, Vacchi made a number of company acquisitions, including Last Minute Tours, which he has since mostly sold off.

His net worth is estimated at 300 million USD (237 million GBP) although some sources say he could be worth up to 450 million USD (355 million GBP).
