This hilarious footage shows a middle-aged man having a child-like tantrum after failing his driving test because he forgot to put on his seat belt.

The video was taken in the city of Yantai in China’s eastern Shandong Province, where the man was taking part in the driving test known as ‘Subject 3’ on 21st February.

Learners are all but granted their licence after passing Subject 3, which comes after theory and driving course tests dubbed subjects 1 and 2.

The middle-aged man appears bitterly disappointed and can be seen screaming at the top of his lungs as he rolls around on the pavement in front of his examiner.

The learner shouts incoherent complaints and is told to get a grip of himself by his examiner as well as the man filming the video, who repeatedly says: “It’s just a test, you old man!”

Despite still having three more opportunities to sit the test, the learner refuses to accept failure and continues the toddler-like fit in public, while his examiner tries over and over to pick him up.

At the end of the video, the man behind the camera says: “Don’t blame the examiner for forgetting to put on your seat belt!”
