A cultist linked to an incident where a priest found a kitten sliced in half next to an ominous pentagram and spells meant to open the “gates of hell” has been arrested for murder, and has chillingly warned “more is to come”.

The young man, identified as Andrijano R. because of local privacy laws, allegedly killed his own grandmother by tearing out her throat with his teeth in Dracevo, a suburb in the capital city of Skopje in Macedonia.

In the Satanic ritual warning that appeared before the murder, the priest said that the kitten’s back legs and tail had been put inside a downward-facing pentagram and its head and front legs were nearby.

One piece of text, spray-painted in Latin, read “ad majorem sathanae gloriam” which translates to “glory to Satan”.

Another said “zazas, zazas, nasatanada, zazas” which means “open, open, gates of hell, open”.

Police have now confirmed the 66-year-old grandmother, identified only by her initials, G.N., died in a presumed sect ritual and the suspected killer turned himself in a short while later. As well as tearing out her throat he also used a knife to butcher her.

An eye witness who was at the scene when the suspect was arrested said that cops had told him to keep away as the scene was ‘too shocking’, with blood in the room and crosses drawn on the walls.

He told local media he had also seen the arrest, saying the suspect “looked like he had done some heroic deed and was well pleased with himself. He left the house with a smile.”

According to reports, the suspect is a member of a sect and sources from the investigation say that he told cops that there are more rituals planned in Macedonia.

He reportedly added that the gates of hell are open and that his name in the sect is Hannibal Lecter.

Sources from the investigation told local media that he has a tattoo of three nines (999), saying that was the mark of the sect.

According to local media the suspect has previously been admitted to psychiatric hospitals several times and had been released from one of the institutions two weeks ago. He reportedly refused to receive medication at the hospital.

He was known to the police for his behaviour as there were many reports from local residents making complaints about him.

Local media report the suspect was living with his brother and grandmother, who was their legal guardian. There is no information about his parents.

Andrijano will reportedly remain detained for 30 days and the investigation is ongoing. The suspect is facing charges of murder.
