A 37-year-old American dad has been found dead in his home after being clubbed around the head multiple times with a bed leg.

A 37-year-old American dad has been found dead in his home after being clubbed around the head multiple times with a bed leg.

Jesse Jay Cieslicki, who was born in the US to Argentine parents, lived in the department of Sarmiento in the north-western Argentine province of San Juan.

After Cieslicki failed to show up for a prearranged meeting, his business associate went to a neighbour’s house and they both approached the American man’s home.

They reportedly found the 37-year-old dad-of-two dead on the floor after being clubbed around the head with a bed leg.

When the police arrived on the scene, they found a drugged teenage girl asleep in one of the rooms.

It is currently unclear who drugged the girl and what her relationship was to the victim.

Reports also said that the house had been messed up in what appears to have been a physical struggle between the American and his suspected attackers.

According to local media, Cieslicki had a serious drug and alcohol problem and may have been in heavy debt due to his alleged addictions.

Meanwhile, the local authorities have arrested two suspects, identified as 28-year-old Ceferino Alejandro Nievas and his 18-year-old girlfriend Brisa Bustamanete.

It is also believed that a third suspect was involved in the attack.

The investigation is ongoing.
